We have a night of fitness for all ages and levels all for the cost of a new children's book. Information available on vaccinations for your children from our partner Vaccinate Your Families. Bring in a new children's book and click here to register for your choice of:
Chair Yoga (especially great for those with limited mobility)
Special sound bowl and breathing class (pregnancy-friendly); taught by Mom Cares.
