Vendor Applications: Summer Soiree

We’re excited to extend an opportunity for your business to be featured during our upcoming Summer Soirée in celebration of Caribbean American Heritage Month on Saturday, June 21, 2025.

This highly anticipated event will gather a lively crowd of professionals, community members, and supporters for an afternoon of music, culture, networking, and celebration. Throughout the event we’ll highlight local businesses and community partners on the venue’s large TV monitors — and we would love to showcase your brand!

1. TV Advertising Option: $110 (processing fee included)

   1. Your business can be featured on rotation throughout the afternoon. All you need to do is provide a digital image or flyer, and we’ll handle the rest.

2. In-Person Vending Table: $160 (processing fee included)

   1. Vendors must bring their own table and display setup.

   2. You’ll have a dedicated space to display and sell your merchandise while connecting directly with event attendees.

   3. Spaces are limited, so we encourage you to secure your spot early.
