Physical & Mental Health

Courageous Conversation Series

There’s power and liberation in conversation. Out of our “Courageous Conversations” event emerges a new and shared understanding about physical and mental health. There are healthcare and mental health experts present at each conversation. Our goal is to provide the community with support and resources that can be used to address concerns about their disease and/or illness.
